摘　　要：利用现有数据,分析个人账户养老金与银行利率、缴纳保险金的年限、缴纳保险金额度、退休年龄等因素对养老金替代率的影响程度。Making use of the existing data, the paper analyzes the factors influencing the pension replacement rate such as individual account pension, bank interest rates, years of paying insurance premiums, the insurance amount and retirement age.
