摘  要:[目的]研究南方红豆杉种皮内源抑制物的种类。[方法]采用系统溶剂分离法对南方红豆杉种皮提取液进行分离,并对乙酸乙酯相、甲醇相、石油醚相进行甲酯化后采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行鉴定分析。[结果]南方红豆杉种皮石油醚相中含有8种化合物,乙酸乙酯相中含有6种化合物,甲醇相中含有5种化合物,其主要内源抑制物为十六烷酸、十八烷酸、9-十八碳烯酸、9,12-十八碳二烯酸等,以(Z)9-十八碳烯酸含量最高,在乙酸乙酯相中存在1种未知醇类。[结论]该研究为南方红豆杉种子的综合利用提供科学依据,同时也为完善南方红豆杉种子休眠机理提供理论依据。[Objective] To study the constituents of endogenesis inhibitory substances in seed embryo of Taxus mairei(Lemee et Levi.) S. Y.Hu ex Liu. [Methods] The extracts of seed embryo were separated into four components using four menstruums by systematic solvent separation method, then each component was analyzed by GC-MS.[Results] Five compounds were separated and identified in petroleum ether component, nine compounds were i- dentified in ethyl acetate component, six compounds were identified in methanol component. The main endogenesis inhibitory substances were Hexadecanoate acid, Octadecanoic acid, 9-Octadecenoic acid, 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid.Among which,(Z)-9-Octadecenoic acid was presented the highest relative content. The ethyl acetate and methanol component contained a kind of unknown material,respectively. [Conclusion] The study could provide the scientific basis for comprehensive utilization, and provide the theory basis for perfecting dormancy mechanism of Taxus mairei(Lemee et Levl.)S. Y. Hu ex Liu.
