摘  要:[目的]比较石菖蒲与九节菖蒲的抗氧化作用。[方法]通过体外药物对亚油酸的自动抗氧化的抑制作用和体内对小鼠血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性的比较研究。[结果]体外九节菖蒲抗氧化的IR与维生素E比较无显著性差异,石菖蒲有一定的抗氧化性。体内随着给药天数与剂量的增加,石菖蒲、九节菖蒲作用的小鼠血GSH-PX活性与CAT活性呈上升趋势。九节菖蒲高剂量组在给药4天、14天均有显著性差异(P<0.05),石菖蒲高剂量组在给药14天GSH-PX活性有显著性差异(P<0.05),CAT活性与空白对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。九节菖蒲剂量组GSH-PX活性与CAT活性值明显高于石菖蒲剂量组(P<0.05)。[结论]九节菖蒲抗氧化作用明显优于石菖蒲,为临床合理鉴别使用提供参考。[Objective] To compare rhizoma acori tatarinowii with rhizoma anemones altaicae on the anti-oxidant effect. [Methods] The study was on linoleic acid automatic anti-oxidant inhibition of drug in vitro and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), and catalase activity(CAT) of drug in vivo mouse blood. [Results] It was found that the anti-oxidant inhibition ratio of rhizoma anemones altaicae had no significant difference, compared with vitamin E, rhizoma acori tatarinowii had a certain anti-oxidative effect in vitro. With the increasing of days and doses, the blood activity of GSH-Px and CAT in mouse blood fed on two drugs reactively was on upward trend, the activity of GSH-PX and CAT in mouse blood had a significant difference treated with a high dose group ofrhizoma anemones altaicae in 4 days or 14 days, and the activity of GSH-Px had a great difference treated with a high dose group of rhizoma acori tatarinowii in 14 days, but the activity of CAT had no significant difference, compared with a control group. The activity of GSH-PX and CAT in group of rhizoma anemones altaicae was significantly higher than in group of rhizoma acori tatarinowii. [Conclusion] The anti-oxidation of rhizoma anemones altaicae was significandy better than rhizoma acori tatarinowii which provides a reference for the clinical identification of use.
