摘　　要：以邻甲基苯乙腈为原料在乙醇钠为催化剂条件下与亚硝酸乙酯反应制备了2-甲基-ɑ-氰基苯甲肟,研究了合成2-甲基-ɑ-氰基苯甲肟的最佳工艺条件。当n(乙醇钠):n(亚硝酸乙酯):n(邻甲基苯乙腈)=1.3:1.3:1,反应温度25～30℃,反应时间为5h,反应取得最大收率93.1%。产物经IR和1HNMR等进行了表征。Hydroxyimino -α- tolyl - acetonitril was prepared by the reaction of ethyl nitrite and 2 - Methylbenzyl cyanide, the optimum condition for the preparation of was determined. The hydroxyimino-α-tolyl -acetonitril was obtained by the molar ration n （ sodium ethoxide） ： n（ ethyl nitrite） ： n（2 - Methylbenzyl cyanide） = 1.3：1.3： 1, reaction temperature 25 - 30℃, and reaction time 5h, the yield is 93.1%, The product was characterized by IR and 1H NMR.
