摘  要:在硫酸盐法制浆(KP)前对杨木木片进行热水预水解处理,探讨了不同P因子对预水解液性能的影响。实验结果表明:随P因子增大,预水解液的pH不断降低,最终导致水解木片的得率不断降低,此外,预水解液中的固形物、聚戊糖、酸溶木素、糠醛和CODCr含量也呈增加趋势;当P因子≥1355时,预水解液体系中易发生物质的吸附与沉积,经傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)表征证实该沉积物为木素/LCC类物质;当P因子为608~1060时,预水解液和水解木片中的聚戊糖提取率具有良好的线性关系:y=1.340x+7.235,R2=0.977;在热重分析(TGA)过程中,预水解液主要的失重温度范围为165~450℃,且当P因子由61增至1355时,失重由41%升至61%。The impacts of various P-factors on the hydrolysate of poplar were investigated in this paper. The results indicate that as the P-factor increases, the yield of treated poplar chips and pH value of hydrosate decrease. While the contents of solid, pentosan, acid soluble lignin, furfural and CODer in the hydrolysates are on the rise; when the P-factor is higher than 1355, the precipitation of lignin/LCC components characterized via FT-IR in hydrolysatc system occurs easily; in addition, the relationship between hydrolysates and hydrolyzed chips in terms of pentosan extraction efficiency presents a good linear relationship (y=1.340x+7.235, R2=0.977); the TGAs show that the main loss temperatures of the hydrolysates are between 165-450℃, and when the P-factor raises from 61 to 1355, the percent of weight loss increases from 41% to 61%.
