摘　　要：阐述了板坯连铸机电磁搅拌器的类型,分析并解决了动态电磁搅拌技术开发过程中大跨度辊子刚度、扇形段的改造、动态模型的开发、最大电磁力的获得、辊子寿命的保证等开发难点和问题,最终实现了高推力动态电磁搅拌技术在济钢大断面板坯连铸机上的成功应用。The article describes the type of EMS device for slab caster, analyzes and resolves the problems such as the rigidity of large span miler, revamp of segment, development of dynamic model, maximum electromagnetic force realization and maintaining the life time of the milers in the development process of dynamic electromagnetic stirring technology, and finally achieves the successful application of high stirring force EMS technology on large section slab caster in Jigang.
