摘　　要：详细阐述了复合相变换热器的技术原理,并结合现场实际案例对使用相变换热技术前后的加热炉排烟温度、换热器酸露腐蚀程度以及节能情况进行了综合分析和对比,实现了复合相变换热技术在加热炉上的成功应用。The paper describes the principle of composite phase transition heat exchange technology in detail , analyzes and compares the exhaust gas temperature, acid dew corrosion and energy conservation prior to and after ap- plying the phase transition heat exchange technology on the basis of actual cases at the plant site, achieving successful application of the technology on reheating furnace.
