摘  要:以盆栽菊花品种带芽茎段为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,探讨了不同的植物生长调节剂及其组合对不定芽的诱导、增殖及生根的影响。结果表明:(1)在诱导培养基MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7.0g/L的诱导下,11份菊花品种的诱导效果显著不同,‘Breeze Ivory’诱导效果最好,诱导率为91.7%;(2)‘Breeze Ivory’适宜的增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7.0g/L,增殖系数达12.1;(3)‘BreezeIvory’适宜的生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.1mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7.0g/L,生根率达100%,平均每株根数为12.6;(4)‘Breeze Ivory’适宜的移栽基质为河沙,成活率可达98%。Taking the stems with buds of chrysanthemums as explants, using MS medium as the basic medium, the influences of plant growth regulators and their combinations on the adventitious bud induction, proliferation and rooting were studied. The results showed as following. (1) The induction effects of 11 chrysanthemum cultivars were significantly different in the same induction medium, and the 'Breeze Ivory' was the best one with 91. 7% induction rate; (2) The optimal proliferation medium of ‘Breeze Ivory' was MS+6-BA 1. 0 mg/L+NAA 0. 1 mg/L+ sucrose 30 g/L +agar 7. 0 g/L, the multiplication coefficient was 12. 1 ; (3) The most suitable rooting medium of ‘Breeze Ivory' was 1/2 MS+ NAA 0. 1 mg/L +sucrose 30 g/L +agar 7.0 g/L,and the rooting rate was 100% ,the average number of roots per plant was 12.6; (4) The most suitable transplanting medium of ‘Breeze Ivory' was river sand with 98% survival rate.
