论政法院校图书馆学科馆员信息素质的培养

摘　　要：论述了网络环境下政法院校图书馆学科馆员所应具备的信息素养,分析了当前大学图书馆学科馆员的现状,并对学科馆员信息素质的培养提出了几点看法:提高职业素养和业务知识水平、尤其是法律素质,同时对监理上建立激励机制具有普遍意义。The essay stated informative quality that politics and law university librarian should equip under the circumstances of network, and analyzed the current status of university librarians, proposed viewpoints on cultivation of librarians＇informative quality, which proved universal significance for nourishment of librarians.
