摘 要:针对普通不对称半桥变换电路中不能采用对称PWM控制以及变压器直流偏磁存在的缺点,研究了一种改进型不对称半桥变换器,对比于普通的不对称半桥电路,系统中增加了一个MOS管和一个快恢复二极管.所增加的两个管子在工作期间为变压器原边线圈提供电流释放路径,所增加的两个管子对变换器主开关管所并联的结电容进行充放电,为主开关管实现软开关创造条件,从而更容易地实现两个主开关管软开关,在另外一方面变换器又实现PWM对称控制策略.仿真结果表明理论分析正确,为不对称变换器的应用研究提供一种新的思路.Because the shortcomings of the common asymmetrical half-bridge circuit can't use symmetrical PWM control strategy and has DC bias for the transformer, the paper studies an improved asymmetrical half-bridge circuit. Compared with the traditional asymmetrical half-bridge circuit, the system is added a MOSFET tube and a fast recovery diode. The additional two tubes provide the path of current release for transformer primary side. At the same time, the added two tubes charge and discharge to the junction capacitance of main switches in parallel for the converter, and then makes the main switches easier to achieve soft-switching. On the other hand, the converter can also achieve the control strategy of symmetric PWM. Simulation results show that the theoretical analysis is correct, and the paper provides a new way of thinking for the applied research of the asymmetric half-bridge converter.
