摘　　要：专业培养方案是高等学校落实人才培养目标、实施全面素质教育、培养高质量人才、组织各类教学的基本依据,为深化人才培养模式改革,通过不断的探索与实践,制定出合理的人才培养目标和人才培养模式至关重要.Professional training scheme is the basic of carrying out the aim of personnel training and comprehensive quality education, training higher quality talents, organizing all kinds of teaching in high schools. In order to deepening reform of the talent training mode, it＇s very important to designate the reasonable talents training target and mode through the continuous exploration and practice.
