摘  要:研究了不同共混比的氯化聚乙烯(CM)/乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVM)共混胶的物理机械性能、两相溶胀度及两相交联密度;并研究了共混胶中CM相和EVM相产生相间交联的特征、动态力学性能、CM硫化胶与乙酸乙酯溶剂的相互作用参数及EVM硫化胶与丁酮溶剂的相互作用参数。结果表明,当m(CM)/m(EVM)=30/70时,共混胶的拉伸强度较大;共混胶中CM相与EVM相的交联密度比较匹配;两相间有相间交联。In this paper, the physical and mechanical properties of chlorincated polythylene(CM)/ ethylene-vingl acetate resin(EVM) blends at different ratios,degree of swelling of the two phases and two phases crosslink density of CM/EVM blends, characteristics of cross-linking between CM phase and EVM phase and the dynamic mechanical properties of CM/EVM blends were studied. In addition, vulcanizated CM rubber with ethyl acetate solvent interaction parameter and vulcanizated EVM rubber with butanone interaction parameters were konwn. The results showed that when m(CM)/m(EVM) =30/70,the tensile strength of the rubber blends was better than others,CM phase and EVM phase crosslink density matched with each other. It had been found that there were cross-linking between the two phases.
