摘  要:以三氯氧钒为主催化剂,以混合烷基铝为助催化剂,形成了三氯氧钒和混合烷基铝并用的催化体系,用该催化体系合成了具有相对分子质量分布宽的高门尼粘度乙丙橡胶。研究了混合烷基铝中三氯三乙基二铝(AQ)与三异丁基铝(AT)对聚合物相对分子质量分布的影响,并研究了氢气用量对聚合物相对分子质量和门尼粘度的调节作用、主催化剂的加入量对聚合物门尼粘度的影响以及m(Al)/m(V)配比对聚合催化效率的影响。In this paper, catalytic system of vanadium oxytrichloride + mixed alkyl aluminium was formed with vanadium oxytrichloride as main catalyst, mixed alkyl aluminium as co catalyst. High Mooney viscosity Ethylene(EPDM) with wide relative molecular mass distribution was synthesized by the catalytic system. Effect of the ratio of triethylaluminium sesquichloride(AQ) to aluminium triisobutyl(AT) in the mixed alkyl aluminium on polymer relative molecular mass distribution was studied detailedly. Meanwhile the effect of amount of hydrogen on regulating action of polymer relative molecular mass and Mooney viscosity and the effect of, the main catalyst dosage on polymer Mooney viscosity were also studied systematically. Effect of A1/V ratio on polymerization catalysis efficiency was studied systematically.
