摘  要:采用负离子溶液聚合的方法合成了树脂级低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶(LCBR),并研究了其聚合反应动力学,考察了单体质量分数、温度、引发剂用量等对聚合过程的影响;求取了聚合动力学参数kp″,表观增长活化能Ep′为91.70kJ/mol;考察了影响LCBR胶液粘度的因素,结果表明,基础胶相对分子质量为3.50×104时,聚合物的胶液粘度为25mPa.s;基础胶相对分子质量为6.00×104时,聚合物的胶液粘度为35mPa.s。The star-type low cis-l,4-polybutadiene rubber was prepared by anionic solution poly- merization. The kinetic behavior of the polymerization was studied. The effects of monomer concentration, temperature, amount of initiator on polymerization process were investigated. The apparent activation energy and polymerization kinetic equation were studied. The apparent propagation activation energy Epr was 91.70 kJ/mol. Influence factors of solution viscosity were studied. The results showed that the solution viscosity was 25 mPa · s when the rubber molecular weight was 35 000;the solution viscosity was 35 mPa · s when the rubber molecular weight was 60 000.
