糖尿病足高危因素评分量表的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的考察糖尿病足高危因素评分量表的信度和效度,为2型糖尿病病人提供有效、简单、量化的足部评价工具。方法根据糖尿病足国际临床指南上糖尿病足高危人群的高危因素和Gavin’s足危险因素加权值积分法自行制定糖尿病足高危因素评分量表,采用随机抽样的方式,从内分泌科门诊和住院部选取247例非糖尿病足和33例糖尿病足病人,采用量表进行评估,并于14 d后从280例中随机选择28例进行再次评估。结果糖尿病足高危因素评分量表整体的Cronbach’sα系数为0.920,重测信度为0.961;与Gavin’s足危险因素加权值积分法评分不同排序间具有相关性,Spearman相关系数0.623～0.922,P<0.05;糖尿病足病人总评分和非糖尿病足病人总评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足高危因素评分量表信效度理想,是糖尿病病人进行足部评价和分度的有效工具。Objective To estimate the reliability and validity of the scale of high risk factors of diabetic foot, to provide effective, simple, quantitative foot evaluation tool for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A self-designed scale of diabetic foot high risk factors according to high risk factors from the diabetic foot international clinical guidelines for diabetic foot high risk population and Gavin＇s foot risk factors weighted integral method was established and a survey was conducted among 247 cases without diabetic foot and 33 patients with diabetic foot, and another survey was conducted among 28 cases randomly selected from 280 cases 14 days later. Results The overall Cronbach＇s α coefficient of the scale was 0.920 and the test-retest reliability 0.961. The rating scale was significantly correlated with Gavin＇s foot risk factors weighted integral method （Spearman coefficient of 0.623-0.922, P〈0.05）. The total scores were significantly different between patients with diabetic foot and those without （P〈0.05）. Conclusion With good validity and reliability, the self-designed scale of diabetic foot high risk factors can be a useful tool for diabetic foot evaluation.
