摘 要:目的了解临床护士对给药错误相关知识的认知程度。方法采用自制调查表,对上海某三级甲等医院随机抽取3个外科、3个内科的全体护士共计89名进行调查。结果给药错误实际发生情况较严峻,31名(35%)护士表示自己在过去的1月中发生了1起或多起给药错误。临床护士在案例分析中对给药错误的识别存在分歧,临床给药错误上报率较低,认为仅有54%的给药错误事件会上报给护理管理者。结论临床护士对给药错误的认知存在不足和分歧,会倾向于用自己的一些标准重新去定义给药错误,给药错误上报率不高,应引起管理者的重视,加强培训、营造医院无惩罚环境。Objective To understand the status of clinical nurses' cognition on medication errors. Methods With a self-designed questionnaire, 89 nurses were recruited from 6 departments and investigated. Results Medication errors occurred frequently and 31 nurses (35%) were involved in one or more medication errors in the month before the investigation. The nurses indicated cognitive bifurcations in clinical cases analysis about medication errors. Only 54% medication errors were reported to nursing managers. Conclusion Clinical nurses show deficiency in cognition on medication errors, who trend to define medication errors with their own standards. More attention should be paid to medication errors and its low report rate.
