摘　　要：本文根据风险映射理论,对人民银行关键资源的操作风险特征、分布情况及其诱发性因素进行研究,并提炼出衡量关键资源操作风险的关键风险指标,根据指标对关键资源操作风险的多发部位进行导因、风险因素、潜在损失的分步骤、分层次识别,以期提供央行操作风险管理的核心指标和研究方向。Based on the theory on risk mapping, the paper studies the characteristics, distribution and inducing factors of opera- tion risks of the key resources of the People＇s Bank of China, and extracts key risk indicators which measure operation risks of the key resources. According to the indicators, the paper makes a step-by-step and hierarchical recognition on the causes, risk factors and po- tential losses of the departments which have more operation risks of the key resources, and provides the central bank with the core in- dicators and research direction of operation risk management.
