摘　　要：太阳能光伏发电和风力发电是目前西北地区清洁能源产业发展的重要项目之一,对地方经济产业调整、转型跨越有着十分重要的意义。但作为新的经济增长点,光电和风电企业还存在项目审批缓慢、银行信贷受阻、相关配套措施未及时跟进等诸多问题,影响了这些企业的可持续发展,本文对此进行调查并提出相关建议。Solar photovoltaic power and wind power are one kind of important clean energy industry development in the north- western region at present, which is significant to the adjustment and transformation of local economic industries. But as a new econom- ic growth point, photovoltaic and wind power enterprises have faced several problems such as slow approval of project, failing to get bank credit, and imperfect supporting measures and so on, which affects the sustainable development of the enterprises. The paper makes the investigation aimed at the problem and puts forward relevant suggestions.
