中原经济区农区“三化”协调发展的现状评估与实现路径

摘　　要：在对中原经济区农区范围界定的基础上,运用多指数综合分析法,从农业现代化、生态环境、工业化、城镇化以及协调性5个方面,对中原经济区主体河南省农区"三化"协调发展的现状进行了评估,据此诊断出中原经济区农区"三化"协调发展存在的主要问题及成因。研制出了传统农区实现"三化"协调发展路径必须要走的3个阶段:一是通过发展农业产业化,形成优势主导产业链,启动工业化进程。二是引导这些以食品工业为主的农产品加工业集中布局在城镇及产业集聚区,提高城镇化水平。三是以产业集聚促人口集聚,引导农村人口向城镇集中,深化城镇化进程。Based on defining farming regions range of central economic zone and by means of multi-index comprehensive analysis ,the current situation of the farming regions of Henan Province, the main part of the central economic zone was assessed. And the contents of assessment including five aspects which were espectively agricultural modernization,environment,industrialization ,urbanization and coordination. According to those ,main problems during the development of coordinating industrialization, urbanization and agriculture modernization （IUAM） in the farming regions of central economic zone were pointed out and three phases to follow were concluded in order to realize the coordination of 1UAM in the traditional farming regions. Firstly,dominant industrial chains was formed and the process of industrialization by developing agriculture industrialization was start up. Secondly ,agricultural products processing industries which were mainly in food processing concentrate their layout in towns and industry cluster districts,and thereby raised urbanization level. Thirdly ,industries cluster would bring about population gathering,which would direct rural population flow into towns and cities and therefore deepen the process of urbanization.
