摘　　要：流通产业发展对充分发挥市场机制作用、调整产业结构、转变发展方式等具有重要意义。但由于传统经济体制的影响,我国对流通产业的定位长期以来存在偏差,这种重生产、轻流通的歧视性产业政策不仅制约流通产业的发展,也对我国经济转型和人民生活水平提高造成严重损失。因此,强化流通产业的基础地位,加快发展流通经济,已成为我国经济发展和增长方式转变的紧迫任务。The development of circulation industry is of great significance to give full play to the market mechanism, ad- just the industrial structure and change the mode of development. However, due to the influence of traditional economic sys- tem, deviation of orientation of our country＇s circulation industry exists for a long time. The discriminatory policies of emphasi- zing production and ignoring circulation not only restrict the development of circulation industry, but also bring about losses in China＇s economic transformation and the improvement of people＇s living standards. So, Emphasizing the significance of circula- tion industry and speeding up its development has become the urgent task of the transformation of the mode of economic devel- opment and growth in China.
