贫困地区农户家庭劳动力禀赋与生产经营决策

摘　　要：本文首先基于扩展的CD生产函数构建了农户家庭生产经营决策模型,分析家庭劳动力数量和质量禀赋对农户生产经营决策的影响。然后利用多元线性、非线性模型对武陵山地区的调研数据进行了实证分析。结果显示:农户家庭劳动力资源禀赋(数量和质量两个测量维度)与农户农业生产总值(农户生产经营决策的结果)呈现"瓦型"关系。具体而言,农户家庭劳动力数量与农户家庭农产品年总产值正相关;农户家庭劳动力质量与农户家庭农产品年总产值呈正"U"形关系。即农户劳动力资源禀赋低时,农户在其生产经营决策中偏向于从事农业生产;随着劳动力资源禀赋的提高,农户从事农业生产减少、农业收入比重降低;当劳动力资源禀赋进一步提高,农户的农业经营收入又会显著提高。最后,给出了相关政策含义。In order to analyse how the peasant household labor endowments impact it＇ s production and operating decisions, we firstly built a peasant family-run decision model on the basis of Cobb-Douglas function. Then, by using multiple linear and non-linear models to conduct an empirical analysis of field survey data from Wuling Mountain area, we found that： peasant household labor resource endowments （including two dimensions, the amount and quality） are in direct proportion to peasants＇ agricultural production （result of the operating decision）. Specifically, the number of peasant household labor in proportion to peasant household annual output of agricultural products; peasant household labor quality and peasant household annual output of agricultural products are ＂U＂-shaped related. If the peasants labor resource endowments are low, peasants will choose to engage in agricultural production ; With the increase of the labor resource endowments, the agricultural production reduces, while increase the proportion of non-agricultural production increases; however with the further raise of labor resource endowments, the proportion of peasants in agricultural production will increase contrarily. In the last part of this paper, the writer gives out suggestions for the related policies.
