摘  要:以长链烷基伯胺和丙烯酸为原料,在温和反应条件下制备N-长链烷基丙烯酰胺,用红外、1HNMR对其结构进行表征.通过单因素实验研究了溶剂种类、反应温度、反应时间及物料配比对产率的影响,由正交试验得出合成N-十六烷基丙烯酰胺最优工艺条件.结果表明:以氯仿为溶剂,反应温度25℃,反应时间4 h,物料配比为1.1时,平均产率达到71.5%.Under moderate reaction condition,a series of N-alkylacrylamides were synthesised by long alkyl chain amine and acrylic acid as reactint. The products were characterized by IR and 1HNMR. Parameters affecting the yield, such as solvent type, reactcon temperature, reaction time and feed ratio, were investigated by one factor tests. The opti- mum reaction condition of preparation of N-hexadecanamide were obtained by orthogonal test . The results showed that the average yield reached 71.5% when trichloromethane was used as solvent, reaction temperature is 25 ℃, reaction time was 4 h,feed ratio was 1.1 ,respectively.
