摘  要:埋地管道泄漏往往会造成外防腐层及管体的破坏,在管道外防腐层破损等级评定的基础上对防腐层破损严重管段进行磁记忆检测,利用金属磁记忆技术可以有效检测管道泄漏、盗油点造成的应力集中区。对含有噪声的管道金属磁记忆检测数据,利用Daubechies小波进行垂直分量检测数据的降噪处理以提高信噪比,并应用Hilbert变换对分量数据进行数据分析提取泄漏点特征信号。某输油管道泄漏现场检测结果表明,该方法对管道泄漏点定位精度误差小于±1.0 m。The leakages of buried pipelines often lead to damages of protective coatings and pipeline body. On the basis of rating of damages of external anti - corrosion protection coating of pipelines, the damaged pipelines were inspected by metal magnetic memory technique, which could effectively detect the leakages and stress concentration zone. The metal magnetic memory technique is an effective method for detecting the stress concentration zone of pipeline. To improve the signal - to - noise ratio of magnetic signals, Daubechies wavelet was applied to denoise the magnetic signals containing noise. Furthermore, the Hilbert transformation was used to analyze the signals and obtain its information features. The detection results of a leaking pipeline segment show that the error of localization of leakage position is less than± 1.0 m.
