新世纪新阶段统一战线海内外同胞关系和谐的要素、挑战与对策

摘　　要：新世纪新阶段统一战线海内外同胞关系和谐包括利益和谐、政治和谐和文化和谐三大要素。目前由于国内外形势的变化,海内外同胞关系的和谐发展面临着来自国家分裂势力、西方文化渗透以及国内阶层分化等因素所带来的政治、经济、文化方面的挑战。面对挑战,我们应当通过大力开展文化认同活动增强中华民族的凝聚力、依法保护海外华人华侨和归侨侨眷合法权益、加强与海外华人华侨的交流合作、积极开辟海峡两岸交往与交流的新渠道、构建两岸政党对话的平台等措施加以应对。The harmonious relationship between overseas compatriots of the united front in new century consists of three elements： inter- est harmony, political harmony and cuhural harmony. Due to the change of domestic and interenational situation, the development of the harmonious relationship between the overseas compatriots is challenged by the national separatism, the western cuhural irrfihration and domestic class differentiation. In order to solve this situation, we should take the following measures： vigorously carry out cultural acativities to strengthen national cohension, protect the legal interest of overseas Chinese, increase the exchange and coperation with o- verseas Chinese, actively development new communication channel between Taiwan and construct Cross -strait political dialogue plat- form, etc..
