论民主转型中的政治价值重构

摘　　要：民主转型的实质是民主信念和价值的最终确立。处在转型过程中的社会,以往的政治价值必然同新生的价值发生激烈的冲突,在不断的相互碰撞中,双方互相吸取彼此的思想要素,最终形成一种具有本国特色的主流政治价值。政治价值不是空洞的口号,一定的政治制度体现着政治价值的内涵,同时政治制度也形塑着政治价值。政治价值重构的结果最终会带来政治体制的改变。在政治价值重构问题上,需要形成为民众接受的权威,政府与社会之间形成互相纠错的机制,尤其是要注意协调民主价值与学习西方具体制度二者间的关系。The essence of democratic transition is the establishment of democratic beliefs and value. In the process of social transforma- tion, the old political value inevitable conflict with the democratic value. In constant collision, the two sides mutually absorb each other elements, and finally form a mainstream value which with its own national characteristics. Value is not empty slogans. Certain system embodies the value, and at the same time, the system also shapes the value. Political value reconstruction will eventually bring the change of political system. This paper holds that in the political value reconstruction progress, people need to accept the authority of the formation, and the government and society should formed error - correction mechanism, especially to coordinate between learning the democratic value and learning western political system.
