论政党制度在政治民主进程中的整合功能

摘　　要：政治民主进程离不开政党推动,政党本身承担着利益表达和整合的功能,而政党分化则代表了社会利益的分化。因此,政党制度是否合理并不在于政党的数量多少,而在于民主进程中能否最大限度地对分化的社会利益进行整合并达成一致。Political democratization needs political party to promote. Political party itself shoulders the functions of representation and in- tegration of interests while differentiation of political party means the differentiation of social interests. Therefore, the rationality of po- litical party system is not due to the quantity of political parties, but the social interests being integrated and untied in maximum extent in democratic process.
