摘 要:本着环保、矿尾高效利用的原则,对硼砂尾矿制备镁橄榄石多孔陶瓷工艺进行了实验研究,结果表明:最优条件助烧剂为硼酸,硼泥和硼酸的质量比为4:1,造孔剂10%,成型压力15MPa,烧结温度1000℃,保温时间为2小时,样品可以形成镁橄榄石,其线收缩为2.08%,体收缩为15.15%,气孔率为18.10%,抗弯强度为586MPa。制品完全可以达到技术标准要求,硼砂尾矿变废为宝的方案切实可行。The formation of large amounts of borax mining waste has more and more serious influence on the ecological balance. In this study, porous forstedte ceramics was prepared with borax tailings as raw material for environmental protection and efficient utilization of mineral waste. The test results of the samples show the optimal fabricating conditions are as follows: using boric acid as the flux, mixing boron mud and boric acid to the mass ratio of 5:1, doping with 10% of the pore-forming agent, molding under the pressure of 15 MPa, sintering at 1000℃ and heat-soaking for 2 hours. The as-prepared forsterite ceramic samples had the line shrinkage of 2.08%, the volume shrinkage of 15.15%, the porosity of 18.10%, and the bending strength of 586MPa. They fully meet the technical standards, and the recycling process of borax tailings is feasible.
