摘　　要："软权力"是国际关系理论中的重要概念,"软权力"理论对于深刻认识和把握国际关系的现状以及推进中国文化产业都有重大意义。文化是"软权力"中的核心要素之一,中国传统文化是提升中国软权力的源泉。当前,西方国家的文化渗透和文化扩张使我国的文化安全面临着严峻挑战。因此,中国必须重视以文化为核心的软权力建设,在硬实力增长的同时,中国应重视和提升文化发展战略,以确保中国文化安全,实现中国全面崛起。＂ Soft Power ＂ is a widely used concept in international relation studies , which is greatly beneficial for us to have a deeper understanding and firm grasp of the current situation of international relations as well as boosting Chinese cultural industry. Culture is the core elements in ＂ soft power ＂ theory. The traditional Chinese culture is the base of enhancing China＇s soft power. At present, the Western cultural infiltration and cultural expansion endangers the cultural security of our country. Therefore , China should pay more attention to building soft power , our own culture. With the growth of hard power, China should attach importance to the strategies of cultural development to ensure the safety of Chinese culture.
