二尖瓣扩张分离术近期效果的二维超声心动图评价

摘　　要：运用2-DE观察评价了36例直视和闭式扩瓣术近期效果,结果表明,术前2-DE测值与术中实测二尖瓣口大小十分相近,术后MVOD、MVOA、LAD、LVD和RVD等5项指标平均改善10～64％;但直视和闭式术后近期上述指标无甚差别。作者认为,MVOD、MVOA和LAD可做为了解二尖瓣扩瓣术疗效的定量随访指标。The short-term therapeutic effects of closed or opened mitral valvotomy on 36 cases were evaluated. The data suggest that the figures measured by 2-DE before opration were similar to those measured by surgeon during operation. Much improvement was made after operation in five indexes, MVOD, MVOA, LAD and LVD, RVD in about 10～64 percent, but there were no obvious differences in those indexes on short term after operation between closed and opened operation patterns. The authors considered that the measurment of MVOD, MVOA and LAD by 2-DE may be used as routine quantitative indexes to determine the effects of mitral valvotomy.
