中药熏洗足部配合护理治疗老年糖尿病性骨质疏松症病人的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药熏洗足部配合护理治疗老年糖尿病性骨质疏松症病人的疗效。[方法]将60例老年糖尿病性骨质疏松症病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组病人给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用中药熏洗足部并加强护理。观察治疗前后病人腰椎5个椎体定量CT(QCT)所测皮质骨密度和松质骨密度的变化。[结果]观察组病人治疗后腰椎椎体松质骨和皮质骨骨密度均提高且均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]对老年糖尿病性骨质疏松症病人应用中药熏洗配合有效的护理可改善椎体松质骨和皮质骨骨密度,临床效果优于单纯常规治疗。Objective：To observe the curative effect of foot herbal fumiga- tion combined with care for elderly diabetic patients with osteoporosis. Methods-A total of 60 cases of elderly diabetic patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each. Patients in control group were given routine treatment, besides that the foot herbal fumigation combined with care was given to patients in ob- servation group. The changes of cortical bone mineral density and trabecu- lar bone mineral density measured by lumbar 5 vertebral quantitative were observed before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, the bone mineral density of lumbar vertebral cancellous bone and cortical bone were increased in observation group, and were higher than those in control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The herbal fumigation combined with effective care for elderly diabetic patients with osteoporosis can improve bone miner- al density of the vertebral cancellous bone and cortical bone, and the clinical effect is superior to simple conventional treatment.
