摘　　要：氧化应激对动物生产和健康有负面作用,在畜牧业生产中应尽可能减少氧化应激因素及导致的损害。应用营养性体内抗氧化剂可以最大程度降低动物生产中的氧化应激带来的损害,提高动物健康水平和生产性能。为进一步研究氧化应激及制定应对措施,对动物体内的氧化应激和抗氧化剂应用的最新研究进展进行了综述。Negative effects of oxidative stress on animal production and health.
