摘　　要：1999年 1 1月 1 5日 ,我国政府和美国政府签定我国加入世界贸易组织的双边协定 ,扫除了我国“入世”道路上的最大障碍。此后我国政府又与欧盟主要成员国达成双边协议 ,我国“入世”进程越来越近 ,我们似乎已经听到我国迈进世界贸易组织这个经济联合国大门的脚步声。本文拟就我国在“入世”之后 ,分析机械工业作为石家庄市主要支柱产业 ,存在哪些机遇和挑战 ,以及如何制定发展对策。November 15,1999, the Chinese government and American government signed an agreement in which the American government gives strong backing to Chinese government rejoining WTO Chinese government gets rid of the biggest obstacle on way of entering WTO After this, Chinese government has signed some agreements with some Europe an alliance members each The time that China enters WTO is nearer and nearer We seemingly hear the sound that Chinese government steps into WTO In this article,the authors analyse textile industry as Shijiazhuang's main property having chances and difficulties and developing measures
