除湿胃苓汤联合除湿止痒软膏治疗慢性湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价除湿胃苓汤联合除湿止痒软膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法选择2011年10月～2012年10月广西壮族自治区大新县人民医院306例慢性湿疹患者，分为治疗组（164例）和对照组（142例），治疗组患者给予口服除湿胃苓汤，每日500mL分2次服用，同时外涂除湿止痒软膏，每日3次，连续治疗4周。对照组口服盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊，每日10mg，联合复方氟米松软膏外用，每日2次，连续治疗4周。结果治疗组痊愈率、显效率、有效率和无效率分别为76．2％、12．8％、4．2％和6．7％，总有效率为93．2％。对照组痊愈率、显效率、有效率和无效率分别为53．5％、16．1％、7．7％和22．5％，总有效率为77.4％。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（Х^2=21．711，P=0．000）。治疗组无不良反应，对照组有4例发生不良反应（Х^2=4．684，P=0．030）。两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义（Х^2=8．543，P=0．003），对照组复发率明显高于治疗组。结论除湿胃苓汤联合除湿止痒软膏治疗慢性湿疹是安全、有效的。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety on Eliminating Dampness Weiling Decoction combined with Eliminating Dampness and Relieving Itching Ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods Outpatients with chronic eczema in the People＇s hospital of Daxin County in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from October 2011 to October 2012 were divided into treatment group （164 cases） and control group （142 cases）. Patients in the treatment were given 500 mL Eliminating Dampness Weiling Decoction orally 2 times a day, and Eliminating Dampness and Relieving Itching Ointment was used externally 3 times a day for 4 weeks, while cases in the control group were given Epinastine Hydrochloride Capsules 10 mg once daily, and Flumetasone Ointment was used externally 3 times everyday for 4 weeks. Results The cured rate, effective rate, improvement rate, no effect rate and the total effect rate of treatment group were 76.2%, 12.8%, 4.2%, 6.7% and 93.2% respectively. The cured rate, effective rate, improvement rate, no effect rate and the total effect rate of treatment group of control group were 53.5%, 16.1%, 7.7%, 22.5% and 77.4% respectively. There was significant difference of the effect rate between two groups, which the treatment group was higher than that of the control group Х^2=21.711, P = 0.000）. There was significant difference for obrions adverse reactions between two groups （X^2=4.684, P = 0.030）. The control group has higher recurrence rate than that of treatment group （X^2=8.543, P=0.003）. Conclusion This investigation indicates that Eliminating Dampness Weiling Decoction combined with Eliminating Dampness and Relieving Itching Ointment has a good efficacy and safety therapy in the treatment of patient with chronic eczema.
