优质护理服务模式对神经内科病房降低红灯率的影响

摘　　要：目的探究并分析优质护理服务模式在神经内科住院治疗患者中的应用及效果。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院神经内科2010年4月～2012年5月收治的600例患者为研究对象．根据有无开展优质护理服务活动分为A组（300例）和B组（300例）。A组患者仅给予住院诊疗常规护理，而B组患者则给予优质护理服务模式指导下的护理措施对患者进行护理，比较两组患者对神经内科病房实施优质护理服务模式的护理服务态度和护理服务方式的满意度和神经内科病房红灯呼叫率。结果B组对护理人员护理服务态度和护理服务方式的满意度明显高于A组（P〈0．05），但B组红灯呼叫率明显低于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论优质护理服务理念指导下的护理干预措施能够明显提高患者对护理人员护理服务态度和护理服务方式的满意度，减少红灯呼叫率，提高护理质量水平。Objective To investigate the effect on high quality nursing service mode on reducing the red light rate in neural medical ward for neurology hospital patients. Methods The clinical data of 600 neurology hospital patients who were treated in Beijing Millennium Monument Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from April 2010 to May 2012 were collected, they were divided into group A and group B according to providing nursing intervention measures under the guide of the high quality nursing service mode, patients in group A were given routine nursing measures, patients in group B were given specific nursing measures under the guidance of the high quality nursing service mode, the satisfaction for nursing service attitude and the nursing service way after specific nursing measures under the guidance of the high quality nursing service mode and the red light rate in neural medical ward were com- pared. Results The satisfaction for nursing service attitude and the nursing service way after specific nursing measures under the guidance of the high quality nursing service mode in group B were higher than that in group A （P 〈 0.05）, but the red light rate in neural medical ward in group B were lower than that in group A （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention measures under the guide of the high quality nursing service mode can improve the satisfaction for nursing service attitude and the nursing service way after specific nursing measures under the guidance of the high quality nursing service mode, it can reducing the red light rate and improve the quality of nursing.
