摘　　要：国家药品代码制度是药品监管信息化建设的重要内容,药品电子监管码解决了政企信息共享进程中的"信息孤岛"和"万码奔腾"问题。基于对药品代码制度和政企信息共享中电子监管问题的阐述,本文探索了药品电子监管码与政企信息共享的关系问题。虽然电子监管码短时间内增加了企业和医疗机构的信息化成本,但是加速了政企信息共享进程。有必要实施药品监管信息化策略,包括多项数据标准融合、采用云计算等信息技术和分步骤分阶段实施的策略。National drug code system is an important content of drug regulatory informatization construction. The pharmaceutical electronic monitoring code solves some problem of information sharing process among governments and enterprises, such as the information islands and the sorts of codes ahead. Based the overview about the drug code sys- tem and the electronic monitoring during the information sharing process among governments and enterprises, this pa- per discusses the relationship problem between the drug electronic monitoring code and the information sharing among government and enterprises. Although the pharmaceutical electronic monitoring code increases the information cost of the companies and hospitals, but it can accelerates the information sharing process among the governments and enterprises. So it is necessary for the authority to implement the pharmaceutical information strategy, such as the various data standards integrated, the cloud computing and information technology used, and step-by-step and phased plan.
