彩超在严重胎儿心脏畸形筛查中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析彩超在严重胎儿心脏畸形筛查中的应用。方法对2012年2月～2013年2月来本院行常规产前超声检查的100例孕妇(105例胎儿)的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 105例患者中有96例胎儿产前心脏形态和血流正常,9例胎儿心脏形态和血流异常,达到了91.4%的准确率和6.7%的阳性检出率;在诊断严重心脏畸形方面,本研究达到了100.0%的准确率。结论彩超在严重胎儿心脏畸形筛查中具有极为重要的应用,能够将大部分严重心脏畸形诊断出来,安全、无创、准确,值得在临床广为推广。Objective To analyze the application of color doppler ultrasound in the screening of fetal cardiac malformation severity. Methods The clinical data of the 100 cases of pregnant women （105 cases of fetus） were retrospectively reviewed who were given prenatal routine ultrasonography from February 2012 to February 2013 in our hospital. Results Among the 105 cases of fetus, 96 cases of fetus＇ cardiac morphology and blood flow were normal, and that of 9 cases were unormal, the precision rate achieved 91.4% and the positive rate was 6.7%; 100.0% accuracy rate were achieved in the diagnosis of severe heart malformation in the study. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound has very important applications in the diagnosis of severe fetal heart malformation, it can diagnose out the most serious cardiac malformation, and it is safe, noninvasive, accurate, so deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.
