开郁清热法结合降尿酸汤治疗2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨开郁清热法结合降尿酸汤治疗2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症的临床效果。方法 2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症60例根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用传统西医常规抗糖尿病药物治疗,治疗组采用开郁清热法结合降尿酸汤治疗。结果治疗组疗效明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)与肌酐(Cr)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后UA、BUN与Cr比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论开郁清热法结合降尿酸汤治疗2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症有利于提高疗效,改善临床检测指标,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of open depressive and clearing heat method combined with Drop uric acid Soup in treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with hyperuricemia. Methods Sixty cases of patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperuricemia were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the different therapeutic method, and with 30 cases in each group. The control group used traditional Western conventional anti-diabetic drug therapy, while the treatment group used open depressive and clearing heat method combined with Drop uric acid Soup. Results The curative effect of treatment group was much better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. the the differences of UA, BUN and Cr in treatment group were statistically significant before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05）, while the differences of UA, BUN and Cr in control group were not statistically significant before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion It＇s help to improve efficacy and improve clinical detection indicators with open depressive and clearing heat method combined with Drop uric acid Soup in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with hyperuricemia, it should be widely applied.
