摘　　要：突发化学中毒事故是突发公共卫生事件常见的表现形式之一,也是紧急医疗救援的主要任务之一。化学中毒事故应急救援体系整体建设,化学中毒紧急医疗救援预案的制定,紧急医疗救援队伍的建设、培养,技术和后勤保障工作,医护人员现场救援时的安全防护,现场急救措施的合理性是突发化学中毒事故紧急医疗救援应重视的问题,是救援行动能迅速、准确、高效进行的保证。Accidental chemical poisoning incidents is a kind of common manifestations of public health emergencies, it is also one of the main tasks of the emergency medical rescue. Overall building of chemical poisoning emergency rescue system, formulating of the emergency medical rescue counter plan concerning chemical poisoning incidents, building and training emergency medical rescue team, technical and logistical supporting, guaranteeing the on-site security of the medical rescue staff, and the reasoning of on-site first aid measures are crucial problems should be seriously considered in emergency medical rescue of accidental chemical poisoning incidents, so that timely, accurately and efficiently rescue operations can be guaranteed.
