摘  要:采用微型烧结法对河北钢铁集团常用进口铁矿粉的烧结基础性能进行了测试,并与单烧矿质量进行了对比分析。结果表明:巴西矿粉的同化性能差,黏结相强度高;澳洲矿粉的同化性能好,黏结相强度差。SiO2质量分数高、Al2O3质量分数低的进口赤铁矿,其液相流动性强,SiO2质量分数高的进口赤铁矿的复合铁酸钙(SFCA)生成能力强。矿粉的黏结相强度高,其单烧矿的转鼓指数较高;SFCA生成能力适宜,其烧结成品率较高;同化性能强,其单烧矿的还原性较强。The basic sintering characteristics of typical import iron ore used in HBIS Group were determined by mini- sintering method. The relationship between them and sinter quality was analyzed. The results reveal: the Brazilian iron ores have low assimilation and high self-intensity of binding phase, while Australian iron ores have high assimi- lation and low self-intensity of binding phase. The liquid phase fluidity of importing hematite increases as its SiOz content increases and Al2O3 content decreases. The iron ore with high SiOz content is easy to produce SFCA. The sinter of iron ore with self-intensity of binding phase has high tumbler index. The suitable producing ability of SFCA will lead to high sintering yield. The sinter of iron ore with high assimilation has high reducibility.
