摘　　要：首钢水城钢铁集团有限公司4号高炉采用中冶赛迪研发的新型并罐无料钟装料设备,为探索水钢4高炉装料设备及原料条件下的布料规律,在投产前进行了开炉装料的实际测量,得出了焦炭及矿石的料流轨迹及料面形状,为开炉及日后生产提供了科学依据。CISDI＇s new parallel BLT equipments are applied to BF No. 4 of Shougang Shuicheng Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. For searching burden distribution rules of BF No. 4 under the current condition, the actual measurement was carried out. The trajectory of ore and coke flow and the burden profile in BF were gained, which provided the proofs for BF commissioning and future production.
