摘　　要：文章针对加湿设备排潮管中冷凝水倒流进设备内影响产品加工质量的现象,设计一种冷凝水防倒流装置,串联安装在设备排潮管上。该装置风阻损耗小,结构简单,安装后,设备排潮管冷凝水倒流影响产品加工质量的次数降低到零。Condensate water inthe moisture removal piping will flow backwards into the humidifiers and harm the products.In response to this phenomenon, a device that prevent condensate water to flow backwards in the moisture removal piping is designed. It is installed to the moisture removal piping and connected in series. This devie has simple mechanical structure and easy to maintain. The test result showed that condensate water in the moisture removal piping never flow backwards into humidifiers again.
