摘 要:目的研究维药瘤果黑种草子总黄酮苷的药效学及急性毒性作用。方法选择昆明种小鼠及健康新西兰种家兔为实验动物,采用角叉菜胶致小鼠足跖肿胀实验观察黄酮苷的抗炎作用,喷雾致喘实验观察黄酮苷平喘作用,家兔促进气管纤毛粘液流实验观察黄酮苷的祛痰作用,小鼠急性毒性实验观察黄酮苷毒性作用。结果低、中、高剂量的总黄酮苷均可明显抑制角叉菜胶所致的小鼠足趾肿胀程度(P<0.01),延长小鼠哮喘反应的潜伏期(P<0.01),增加家兔气管纤毛粘液流运动速度(P<0.01),并呈剂量依赖性,总黄酮苷的最大耐受量为5.4g/kg。结论维药瘤果黑种草子中的总黄酮苷具有一定的抗炎、平喘及祛痰作用,对实验动物未见明显毒性。Objective To study the pharmacodynamics and acute toxicity effects of the Uyghur herb Nigella glandulifera flavonoid glycoside. Methods KM mice and New Zealand rabbits were selected as experiment animal. The anti-inflmmatory effect of flavonoid glycoside was studied by the carrageenan-induced paw edema in mice experimental method. The antiasthmatic effect was studied by the asthma induced by mice. Results The different doses groups of flavonoid glycoside significantly inhibited carrageenan-induced mouse paw swelling degree (P 〈0.01), and prolonged the mice asthmatic response latency (P 〈0.01), increased rabbit tracheal ciliated mucous flow velocity (P 〈0.01). In a dose-dependent manner, the maximum tolerance of flavonoid glycoside was 5.4 g/kg. Conclusion The flavonoid glycoside of Uyghur herb Nigella glandulifera has a certain anti-inflmmatory, antiashmatic and expectorant effects, and the obvious toxicity is not observed.
