摘  要:目的比较老鼠瓜全果和种子的水、乙醇提取物对完全佐剂诱导的风湿性关节炎大鼠的影响。方法采用完全佐剂诱导法建立风湿性关节炎大鼠模型,设立正常组、模型组、扶他林组、老鼠瓜全果水提组、全果醇提组和种子水提组、种子醇提组,观察各组大鼠继发侧足厚度、关节炎指数及血清中的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平,评价不同提取物的药理作用。结果与模型组相比,各治疗组大鼠佐剂性关节炎继发性足踝肿胀程度明显减轻(P<0.05~0.01),关节指数显著下降(P<0.05),血清中IL-1β和TNF-α水平显著降低(P<0.05~0.01)。结论老鼠瓜各提取物均能有效地阻止佐剂性关节炎大鼠免疫性炎症的发展。Objective To compare the effects of the different extraction of Capparis Spinosa on anti-rheumatic role in the adjuvant arthritis (AA) rat model. Methods Rats were divided into normal group, control group, Voltaren group, fruits water extraction group, fruits ethanol extraction group, seeds water extraction group, seeds ethanol extraction group, established the adjuvant arthritis animal model by Freund' s complete adjuvant. Arthritis index (AI) and the parameter of paws were recorded as curative effect, and the levels of Interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in serum were measured by radio immunoassay, observed the pharmacological effects of different extracts. Results Compared with model group, the Capparis spinosa different extracts could significantly inhibit ankle swelling (P 〈0. 05--0. 01), arthritis index were decreased significantly (P 〈0.05), the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in serum were decreased significantly (P〈0. 05-0. 01). Conclusion Different extraction of Capparis Spinosa can effectively prevent AA rats immune inflammation development.
