摘　　要：目的探讨循环质量管理(plan do check action,PDCA)护理模式在经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(pe-ripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)护理过程中的应用及其效果。方法对8名护理人员进行PDCA管理模式培训。选择276例PICC置管肿瘤患者进行导管相关护理,以2009-2010年行PICC的118例患者作为PDCA实施前组,以2011-2012年行PICC的158例患者作为PDCA实施后组,比较两组患者护理相关并发症的发生情况及导管留置时间。结果 PDCA实施后组护理相关并发症发生率(14.6%)低于PDCA实施前组(36.4%),PD-CA实施后组PICC导管留置时间为(145±38.5)d,长于PDCA实施前组的(116±22.4)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PDCA循环护理模式能够提高PICC导管护理质量,减少导管相关并发症的发生。Objective To explore the applications and effects of plan do check action （PDCA） nursing model on the peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） care process. Methods Eight nurses are specially elected and trained on PDCA nursing model. 276 cases of cancer patients were selecyed using PICC catheter conducting with relative caring. They are divided into two groups. Before PDCA care group included 118 cases of patients before PDCA treatment according to PICC from the year 2009--2010. The other is after PDCA care group , with158 cases of patients after PDCA treatment according to PICC from the year 2011 --2012. The occurrence of related complications and the catheter indwelling time of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results The occurrence of related complications of after PDCA care group （14.6±） was lower than that of before PDCA care group （36.4%）. The PICC catheter indwelling time of after PDCA care group [（145±38.5） d] was longer than the other group [（116±22.4） d]. The difference was of great statistic significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle nursing model can improve the quality of the PICC catheter caring, and reduce the occurrence of catheter-related complications.
