膝关节镜下手术患者术中给予不同护理措施的对比分析

摘　　要：目的：研究分析膝关节下手术患者术中护理的有效模式,以供手术室护理工作参考借鉴。方法：将我院2010年1月~2012年5月收治的膝关节镜手术患者78例作为研究对象。将患者按照随机数字表分为两组,对照组患者给予手术室护理,实验组患者加强术中人文关怀,观察对比两组患者术前、术后焦虑状态,手术后不确定感。结果：实验组患者与对照组患者术前焦虑状态和不确定感比较无差异,P〉0.05;实验组患者手术后焦虑状态和不确定感低于对照组患者,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论：在膝关节镜下手术患者术中给予人文关怀具有较好的效果,是一种有效的护理方法。Objective： To study the effective model of care to patients undergoing arthroscopic surgery,for references to operating room nursing.Methods： 78 cases of arthroscopic knee surgery patients admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to May 2012 as a research object.Patients according to the random digital were divided into two groups,control group patients were given the operating room care,experimental group patients were given strengthen operation of humane care.Then observed and compared the state of the two group’s patients preoperative and postoperative anxiety and uncertainty after surgery.Results： The preoperative state anxiety and uncertainty of experimental group and control group have no difference（P 0.05）;The state anxiety and uncertainty after surgery of experimental group lower than control group patients,P0.05,the difference was statistically significance.Conclusion： Given humane care in patients undergoing arthroscopic surgery have good results,It is an effective method of care.
