摘　　要：目的探讨重症手足口病并发病毒性脑炎患儿的护理措施。方法回顾性分析2009年3月～2012年6月间我院收治的36例重症手足口病并发病毒性脑炎患儿的临床资料,在积极治疗的同时采取综合护理干预措施。结果 36例患儿预后良好,均痊愈出院,未发生神经系统后遗症,脑脊液指标均较护理前有所改善。结论早发现、早治疗并配合合理的综合护理措施是改善重症手足口病并发病毒性脑炎患儿预后的关键。Objective To investigate the nursing measures of Severe hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with encephalitis. Methods Retrospective analysis from March 2009 to June 2012 in our hospital were 36 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease in children with viral encephalitis clinical data, and positive treatment at the same time to adopt comprehensive nursing intervention measures. Results 36 cases prognosis were good, all recovered and discharged, did not happen nervous system sequela, cerebrospinal fluid indexes improved before more care. Conclusion Early discovery, early treatment and comply with reasonable comprehensive nursing measures is to improve the severe hand, foot and mouth disease prognosis of patients with viral encephalitis key.
