摘　　要：交接班制度是护理的核心制度之一,交接班是护理工作的延续,交接班是对所管患者病情的总结,科室把PDCA循环运用到交接班制度,使得科室在交接班制度的执行情况有了进一步的提升,从而不断提高医疗护理质量,保障患者安全。The handing-over system is one of the core system of care, the shift is a continuation of the nursing work, The shift is the the patient summary, Department PDCA cycle is applied to shift relief system, the Department has been further improved after the implementation of the shift system, so as to continuously improve the quality of medical care, ensuring patient safety.
