摘　　要：感染后脾虚综合征在儿科临床有较高的发病率，其发生与儿童体质、疾病本身以及临床用药有关。临床发现中医治疗本病具有明显的优势，不但能缩短病程，增进患儿抵抗力，并能降低感染后脾虚综合征的发病率。Spleen-deficiency syndrome has a high incidence in the pediatric clinical infection, which is related to children＇s physical fitness, the syndrome itself and drugs used. Traditional Chinese Medicine can treat the syndrome with obvious advantage, not only shortening the process of the syndrome, strengthening the body＇s resistance, but also reducing the incidence.
