摘 要:目的了解护生在临床实习期间接触化疗药的真实体验,为护生安全管理提供参考依据。方法2011年7月,以质性研究埃德蒙德·胡塞尔(Edmund Hussed)观点构成的现象学方法为指导,深入访谈天津市3所三级甲等医院13名接触过化疗药物的本科护理专业实习生,并运用Colaizzi程序进行分析。结果护生接触化疗药时内心感受表现为害怕与恐惧、不害怕与无所谓、怀疑与侥幸;暴露后表现出担心、害怕和恐具等情绪和心理变化;影响护生防护不足的相关因子主要有防护知识、防护意识、操作技能、心理素质、防护条件、管理和执行情况等7个方面。结论临床护理带教工作应重视护生安全防护教育,加强职业暴露防护知识培训,强化自我防护意识,规范操作行为,实行人性化带教,促进护生职业安全管理体系的构建。Objective To explore the feelings of nursing students contacting with chemotherapeutic drugs in clinical practice in order to provide reference for the safety management of these nursing students. Methods A qualitative research was conducted by means of Edmund Husserl phenomenology in July 2011 and 13 nursing students who had got the true experiences of contacting with chemotherapeutic drugs during their internships in three tertiary first-class hospitals in Tianjin were interviewed. Data were analyzed with Colaizzi's analysis procudure. Results Nursing students had the feelings of fear, unconcern, suspicion and fluke during the contact with chemotherapy drugs. They experienced emotional and psychological changes, such as anxious and terrified, after the exposure. The main reasons that nursing students were not well protected were inadequate in protective knowledge and awareness, operational skills, psychological and protective conditions, and management.Conclusions It is suggested to pay close attention to the safety and self-protection education to strengthen student self-protection awareness in clinical teaching, to standardize their operation behavior, to teach students in a more friendly way and thereby to promote the construction of an occupational safety management system for nursing students.
