摘　　要：基于能耗监测平台提供的暖通空调能耗数据,对南京市某机关办公建筑5～7月的暖通空调系统监测能耗进行分析,得出5～7月份办公建筑空调面积暖通空调能耗分别为3.06 W/m2、5.63W/m2、11.96W/m2;通过异常数据实地核查和诊断,异常能耗为设备机组待机用电和人员加班等原因所致。Based on HVAC energy consumption data,which was provided by the energy consumption monitoring platform,take one of the government office buildings of Nanjing as the example,this paper analyzes energy consumption data of the HVAC system from May to July,discovers air-conditioning energy consumption of the unit air-conditioning area in May,June and July are 3.06 W/m2,5.63W/m2 and 11.96 W/m2.Through on-site verification and diagnostic of abnormal data,abnormal energy consumption is because equipment standby power and staff overtime and so on.
